Lenten Program 2000

Christ Church Cathedral

in co+operation with St John's Lutheran Church

is hosting a four part series

"Getting to know one another"

In preparation for the proposed relationship of Full Communion between our churches


The program involves:
  • worship in each others' traditions
  • learning about each others' church
  • study of the "Waterloo Declaration", which advocates a new relationship between our churches
  • and the opportunity to get to know one another.


Wednesday evenings in Lent:

7:30-8:15 - Common worship

8:15-8:30 - Refreshments

8:30-9:30 - Discussion

March 29, at St. John's: Ministry and Authority
April 5, at the Cathedral: Where do we go from here?
