From 9.00 to 9.50am each Sunday in the Anselm Chapel (entrance from the Cathedral) there will be instruction and practice of meditation, using the insights and practices of both Western and Eastern masters of prayer.
Lent Study Course
The theme this year is the question “What are we doing when we come to Church on Sunday?” The study begins each week (except 16 March) after the 10am service in the undercroft. There are two sessions of 45 minutes, with a light lunch served in between.
Half an Hour for Peace
Each Wednesday Evening there will be a 30minute silent vigil for inner peace and world peace. The vigil begins after Evening Prayer at 5.45pm.
