3.1 Each Member of the Clergy under the age of 65 years shall become a Member of the Plan on the first day of the month following receipt of a license from the Bishop or being appointed to any other office in the Diocese with the sanction of the Bishop.

3.2 A Bishop under the age of 65 years shall become a Member, if then not already a Member, immediately on consecration.

3.3 Proof of age of the Member shall be furnished upon enrolment in the Plan.
