Parish Registers

Requests for a transcription of a baptism, marriage or funeral record at Christ Church, Beaurepaire, should be addressed to the Church Secretary, in writing or by E-mail.
Please note that transcripts will only be issued to the person named. These transcripts are not recognized by the Government of Quebec for anything but Church purposes (i.e. cannot be used as proof of age, citizenship, etc.)

Please include the following information:
Your full name
Your address

Name of person for whom a transcript is being requested
Date of the event requested (as closely as possible)
