At St. George's we offer a place to create, sing, dance, learn and rejoice in Jesus' love for us. The children are given an understanding of worship, a sense of community and a familiarity with life at the church. The children begin by processing to the front, where they share several moments with the Rector and the congregation. They then process downstairs, gather together around their own altar for a brief time of fellowship, divide into individual classes according to age, and then rejoin their families upstairs for communion. There is a wonderful group or dedicated and enthusiastic teachers who provide loving care and Christian direction for the children.
The curriculum followed is Seasons of the Spirit.

During the 10 am service from September until early June, we hold Sunday School in the lower hall for children ages 3 and up. Over the summer months activities are offered during the 10 am service with parishioners coordinating each class on a volunteer basis.
