Resources in French

At the Diocese of Montreal, we quite often receive information requests, both from within the diocese and from abroad. Some want to know what our Church stand for, others are looking for liturgical texts in French and yet others want to access the French version of a letter or communiqué published elsewhere in English. This section should answer to all those needs.

What is the Anglican Church? [fr]

What is the Anglican Church? is a short presentation of our Church: its beliefs, its liturgies and its structure. It also groups a series of links that summarise our creeds, our beliefs, and the workings of the Church. These texts have been written for the newcomer or the inquiring mind who wonders what really makes us Anglicans.

Pastoral Letters, Communiqués...

This section presents the French translation of letters and communiqués most useful to French-speaking readers and most often requested in French.

Lists and Links

In this section, you will find a few basic references as well as some discussion lists you may subscribe to. We do not offer you an exhaustive listing of links, but rather point you towards good pages that themselves offer a wealth of resources.
